H2o Parkour Team

On 6+am, I believe most traceurs and freerunners have already wake up and getting ready for this day, the Annual Year End Jam! And this time, we have someone to drive us there instead using the public transportation. It's was a great and we had learned many things. I guess the mini workshop is good. Great for beginners to learn basics moves and skills. Qayyim and Cat guided us and tought some conditioning. Before moving to advance, we should always train the basics first, master it will be our target now.

Around 1pm, we had our break and went for lunch together. After that, we left early due to duty calls. LoL! And we went home straight after having our lunch although we lost on some place but managed to go to the highway. We were tired but it's a great jam! We hope to see everyone again in the next jam! Now our bodies will be suffer the aftermath training's side effects! Peace~

Jam With Samir 12/13/2010

Samir Khelil, a tourism or more than that? A traceur from Parkour Generations who came to Malaysia and having jam session with us all the way from London, United Kingdom. I gotta' say, it's cool! Getting a chance to meet a traceur from other country. He contacted few people here and Yushen to meet up.

Besides Samir, NOVA and SubangJayaPK traceurs joined in the fun! We had our jam session on December 10th 2010 in Bukit Jalil park. He is very good at coaching us and even though most of us were exhausted, somehow we managed to stand up again and go for it! Still the conditioning session was, something new. By the end of the day, I guess I've learned some new skills. So were the others.

Around 12pm, we called it a day and it's just a basic training! I wondered how is the advancing trainings in other countries. Later on, Samir had his little project done by interviewing Cat and Yushen. After that, Yushen interview him as well. And later some traceurs did some hip-hop and break-dancing. What a day! And I have to say, that day was one of my most "hardcore" training ever currently even though it's just a BASIC training! We still got Annual Jam to go! Hope I will do some improvement there, as well as the other members here which are slacking!

Training's Pictures section was updated, just so you know. Video in progress. Thanks for viewing.

On November 19th 2010 where some members returned to re-train and gathering I supposed. It all happened suddenly, leader sent messages to me and Desmond which yet not knowing them would coming and Parkour together. After all it's a good thing they still coming back, for not long. Yushen which leading and re-teach them the basics. There's a new guy, Vincent which came along with Samson, Ong Yi and Justin. He is good, a few seconds witnessing Yushen climbing up the pole which probably he is the only currently can do it, but yet Vincent climbed up easily. He learns very fast too. I guess he is one of those who have natural bodies for Parkour? Samson achieved his roll with some style of his, rolling and sliding on the ground. He named it "Land Yeng"

Now, we won't be seen near in Palm Walk anymore. A security guard on a bike asked us to leave. He said it's only for residence at here. Alright, we'll leave and respect the authority. I just hope we can do more on that playground more. Lastly before we leave, we climbed the usual mountain for the last time. Possibility we may not going that place again so why not? And I just climbed up there with slippers. Yeah.

After that he went to a near-by "wooden house" and ate our breakfast. Later that, we go for gaming and 2 hours later we called it a day. Well, now it's time for the Form 5 students Malaysian have their big exams! Like tomorrow! Good lucks to all SPM takers! Thanks for viewing. Updated Training Pictures Section! Videos will be updated after some weeks.

Place Dominated! 10/16/2010

Well, it isn't us dominated the place, it's dominating by publicity. Our usual training ground, Palm Walk having more and more people staying in and lot's of building being renovated. And lots of people woke up early and exercise around the park and vault bar. It's sometime difficult to train in front of them.

Well, at least we still go on our short practice. We may be will start train every Saturday for one month period  untill SPM arrives! Also we'll need new training ground and go scouting. It's hard to find some place which suitable to Parkour. Updated Training's Picture section, and thanks for read.

Few days ago, Ivan decided to interview our H2o Leader, Yushen for his project or Morning Journal news. It was meant to be face to face interview but via MSN. It was creative too. Though not all of his information about us is accurate but we decided to keep it this way as a respect to his Journal report. Click each of the pictures to read.
Inaccurate
1) H2o is one of the many emerging parkour group in suburban of Kuala Lumpur. It's suppose to be Kajang.
2) Founder of the H2o Yushen. Yushen is co-founder, Justin is the founder of H2o Parkour Team.
3) Yushen and his friends train twice a week in Cyberjaya. I'm guessing Ivan mistaken. We are kinda of slacking, and the place is should be Putrajaya.

That's all for right now. It would be glad if this is face to face interview so that no mistakes were made. This upcoming Saturday which we will train in Palm Walk again. Hope it turns out good because usually we ended up talking instead of training. Thanks for viewing.

Is a day where members of H2o should gather up. But the early morning, we would have know that this Anniversary was failed. Still can't blame some of them since they got their personal lives. As usual, Yushen, Desmond and me went back to our old training ground and doing some warm ups. Later on we move to our current training ground, Palm Walk.

Still, none of us has the mood to go on and starting to slack. Even the Founder of H2o Parkour Team didn't attend. But talking about video project, we back to mood and kept discussing about it. Yea, we are working on another short video. After sometime, we went for breakfast and Yushen went home earlier than ever as Desmond and I went to Cyber Cafe and play our favourite multiplayer game, Call Of Duty Modern Warfare.

After time's up, we ran home as the rain starting to fall. Worst that I have to wait in the bus stop for the heavy rain to stop. What an Anniversary day I had! After 45 minutes, I cycled as fast as I can. And later on working on our video of the Anniversary. Not much though.

July 4th, which means is our H2o Parkour Team first Anniversary! After one year long, we still made it without falling apart which we kinda lack. I'm glad we still active, at least. This day indeed is special for H2o's members. Though some of us can't be joining us later for the celebrating. Hope they still remember this team. Doubt they do.

We can't make it without some of the trauceurs out there, and our friends and family too. Header, pictures and video will be update later. Thanks for viewing.

I don't know what's more. Team is slacking, not much activities or training. Even the camera missing as well. I went to a trip and realized the camera gone when reached home last night. A 'doom' day for photographer I believe. I mean, it's felt bad to lose one, but worse it isn't mine and all the pictures I took is all gone. Perhaps it's just my careless mistake.

Which means H2o's photographer is useless for time being. No pictures will be updated. Hell if I know when I'm going to get a new one or worse I will have to buy one myself. Dang! I'm now messed up. Is not about me, what about this team's sake. My project as well.

A non-related topic, our vice leader, Justin went to Melaka for further studies, so it will be a long time we get to meet again. Take care! And William finally contact us he got some time so might as well gather but no camera. Wait, I can lend someone's or might end up losing it too. Or rather, I will use team's handphone camera which might be crappy.

That's all for now. Thanks for visiting the page. Sorry to disappoint as well.
