The One Giant Leap Campaign. It's a hell of a fun. Make no mistake, it's totally INDESCRIBABLE. So nothing to say about this matter already, as I said, indescribable. Too bad for Kuga and William that can't come that day. If you guys did, you all would learn a LOT of things there. We found out that our training needs a little bit harsh, so expect vigorous training in the NEAR future.

To PKMY: There are no dissapointment for us, it really worth every second of our day. So don't worry about it. Hope to see your friendly smiles again.

And to visitors, don't be shy to post any comment, just shout anything out in your mind!

Yup, Malaysian's trauceus and trauceuses are going to the One Giant Leap campaign tomorrow. They are gonna train there and having some interesting activities. Even though they haven't contact the media yet, so kinda not sure whether it's safe or not while doing pk there. Start 3pm, but we H2o team are going there early and gonna meet up witht he other gang at Burger King near-by. Sure it's gonna be interesting and may be we are gonna meet some new friends. All the best!

HERE WE COME!

Yushen here, so if you guys wanna discuss about anything, such as training dates, info, or any other things, please call me because I got a hell of a scolding by my mum as the phone bills are racking up.  My mum don't know that I'm parkour-ing, so it's better to keep it a secret.

Now lots of people have been misunderstood the real meaning of Parkour. Some of them think that learning parkour just to show off. Some of them even think that learning parkour is to be the best. Well do you really know what's your real intention and purpose of parkouring. You have to take the risk. You will bleed, cry, sweat like never before. I'm sure some of us had knew it from the very beginning. I admit I once thought that learning parkour just to be cool. But thinking it over and over again, it's not what you think it is.

Parkour is methodical, progressive and continuous action. From childhood to adulthood, that has as its objective: assuring integrated physical development; increasing organic resistances; emphasizing aptitudes across all genres of natural exercise and indispensable utilities (walking, running, jumping, quadrupedal movement, climbing, equilibrium (balancing), throwing, lifting, defending and swimming. Developing one's energy and all other facets of action or virility such that all assets, both physical and virile, are mastered, one dominant moral idea, altruism.
By Georges Hébert.

Parkour is an urban sport and as a traceur (people practicing this discipline) you focus on moving from point a to point b as fast, smoothly and efficiently as possible. You are using the abilities of your body to surpass any obstacle in your surrounding whereby you are given complete freedom, physically and mentally.
By trauceus.

My thoughts about parkour is like a sport or gym. If I really skilled in parkour, I able to run, escape or even rescuing someone from a dangerous situation. I can avoid from those incidents and try to fight back with those bad guys out there. LoL!

Let's keep the real concept of it. Respect Raymond and David Belle's parkour concept. And free running has nothing to do with parkour. Remember that.

Now this is a original header that WE photograph ourself. Thanks to our new member, and also a photographer, we are able to capture more of our photos often. So thanks to him for getting a cool header like this.

Ya, the new header... The guy at the center is a famous traucer, named Cyril. They guy below(his face is blocked!) is David Belle, founder of parkour. This is a movie poster for District 13 Ultimatum. Hope you guys like it...

Well, we shift from blogger to weebly... That's Justin's decision and the blog's colour quite attractive and the header is quite eye-catching, although no big enough.... Anyway, all our practice and maybe, outing will be post here. To team members, all training schedule and events will be post here. Visitors are also welcome to take a look around, and comments can be posted. We might reply you guys and no spammers, please.

Currently, Justin, Desmond, and me are going to the One Giant Leap event. Kuga might come.... And to anybody interested can contact me.

This would be the new Parkour Blog for Team H2o....
